Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
ji7775 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the ji7775 platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
